Sample Trips
Want a memorable day on the water but not exactly sure what you’re looking for? Below are a few examples of trips we have run in the past—ranging from drop-offs for remote coastal overnights and elopements to bachelorette parties and film shoots. Figuring out how to make your trip special brings us joy! If you have an idea, we’re happy to chat logistics and figure out how to make it happen. We can’t wait to build your perfect day on the water.
Elopements
Love, a boat, some family and friends and expansive views of rugged, rocky coastline—you don’t need much more for the sound-side elopement of your dreams. You bring the love and crew, we’ll bring the boat and great views.
Date Night
We can’t think of a better date night than watching the sunset from a rock outcropping on the Howe Sound. Bring a bottle of wine to share, listen to water lapping against the shore or even bring bonfire stuff for a truly memorable evening. Speaking from experience—this is an all-time Valentines Day experience.
Catch and cook
Have you always wanted to learn more about harvesting crab or prawns in the Howe Sound and adjacent waterways? Our catch and cook trips will introduce you to this essential Howe Sound experience and, if all goes as planned, will allow you to go home with some tasty souvenirs!
Scenery and Wildlife Tours
Our bread and butter and the reason we do what we do; we love showing locals and visitors alike the beauty of the Howe Sound. Pack a cooler, bring some layers and set out to see some cool stuff with us. From the rare Orca or bear sightings to the more common sea birds, seal and sea lion sightings—or even just seeing the immense cliffs of the Sound up close and personal—we make sure a trip on the water is never a bad time.
Hiking, Climbing and biking Access
Been eyeing up an adventure in the Howe Sound that you’re just not sure how to pull off? If it involves boat travel, we can help you out—we’ve coordinated bikepacking trips to Bowen Island, overnight backpacking trips to Anvil Island and can even help facilitate climbing access on the cliffs that surround the Sound.
Brand/Small Business Collaborations
We love collaborating with small businesses, and have had the privilege to work with numerous Squamish-based businesses like This Way Wine, Xtratuf and MSI (Marine Stewardship Initative) over the last two years. We also do collaborations with brands, commercial film and photo shoots and other editorial/commercial projects and colllaborations.
